#Repost @practisetheory ・・・ Final @risd_gd Design Studio I class this past Monday. For an earlier assignment titled “Cover Version”, Samantha Wong covered Adrian Frutiger’s large-scale concrete-set abstract signs in the railway station at Charles de Gaulle airport, turning them into hand-sized etched wooden blocks. Fellow students had observed their inherent printability, so for this last class, that’s what we did: using the blocks to make monoprints with ink and rollers on large sheets of butcher paper.
